Over the years, we have developed a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) system that supports every stage of our manufacturing process. Our quality team is focused on ensuring that all materials, fabrication processes, and finished products comply with approved technical specifications, safety standards, and customer requirements. From initial planning to final dispatch, every activity is monitored with precision and responsibility.
The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for preparing and maintaining essential quality documents such as Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and coordinating with clients and consultants for approvals wherever required. The department also develops and controls important welding-related procedures including Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualification Record (WPQR) to ensure qualified procedures and skilled execution throughout the production process.
The Quality Control Department plays a vital role in maintaining product excellence by carrying out inspections at every critical stage — from incoming raw material inspection to the final stage of dispatch. Each component, fabrication process, and finished product is carefully inspected, measured, and documented to ensure consistency, durability, and compliance with engineering standards.
One of the key reasons behind the superior quality of our products is the implementation of strict inspection and quality monitoring practices throughout manufacturing. Our QA & QC team continuously monitors production activities, verifies workmanship, and records quality parameters to ensure complete traceability and process control.
To maintain transparency and accountability, the Quality Control Department functions independently from production and reports directly to the top management. This independent quality structure strengthens our commitment to delivering products that meet the highest levels of performance, safety, and reliability.
