During fabrication and production, our Quality Control Department closely monitors every critical stage of manufacturing. This includes dimensional checks, welding inspections, fit-up verification, process monitoring, and stage-wise quality checks to ensure that all components and assemblies are manufactured exactly as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements.

Special attention is given to welding quality, structural accuracy, fabrication finish, and assembly precision, as these are essential to the performance and long-term reliability of material handling systems and industrial equipment. Every critical activity is carefully inspected, measured, and documented to maintain quality traceability and process control.

Before dispatch, all finished products undergo final inspection and quality verification to ensure that they meet all functional, structural, and visual quality requirements. This final stage ensures that only approved and quality-checked products are delivered to our clients.
