The department also develops and controls important welding-related procedures including Welding Procedure Specification (WPS)<\/strong>, Procedure Qualification Record (PQR)<\/strong>, and Welder Performance Qualification Record (WPQR)<\/strong> to ensure qualified procedures and skilled execution throughout the production process.

\n\nThe Quality Control Department<\/strong> plays a vital role in maintaining product excellence by carrying out inspections at every critical stage \u2014 from incoming raw material inspection<\/strong> to the final stage of dispatch<\/strong>. Each component, fabrication process, and finished product is carefully inspected, measured, and documented to ensure consistency, durability, and compliance with engineering standards.
